A brief history about OneFourTwo
OneFourTwo was built by people with a passion for design and a deep understanding of construction. We've seen great design lose its impact with construction reality - discovered too late to fix - so we built a practice around a different approach. We design with an understanding of how things actually get built, creating solutions that are ambitious, practical, and high-performing.

Where we are today and where we are going
OneFourTwo has grown from a construction-rooted practice into an integrated collective of ten studios, licensed in over forty states. We deliver projects across diverse markets — mission critical, life sciences, commercial, and beyond. The next markets we enter will be the ones where design and construction still need each other most.
