Design a world-class office building cost-effectively on a fast timeline.

NTS was looking for an outstanding partner to deliver a build-to-suit workplace for Heaven Hill Brands to consolidate their Louisville-based teams under one roof for the first time in years. The project needed to be completed under an aggressive schedule while meeting the highest standards of quality and finish.

Leveraged tilt-wall construction and design-build delivery to accelerate the construction timeline.

OneFourTwo was selected with our design-build partners, ARCO, to leverage our tilt-wall construction capabilities While tilt-wall is commonly used for industrial and warehouse projects, our approach demonstrates the method’s versatility for commercial office buildings, offering speed and cost advantages typically associated with larger-scale industrial construction. By taking on project risk early through our design-build approach, we were able to deliver a solution that worked for both NTS and Heaven Hill.

“OneFourTwo proved to be an outstanding partner in the successful delivery of the 815 Building. Their thoughtful and innovative design approach met the unique criteria of the project, and they executed construction on time, on budget, and in line with NTS’s high standards for quality and finish.  We appreciate the collaborative spirit they brought to the table and look forward to future opportunities to work together.”
