P1 Commerce Park needed to give race teams and motorsports-related businesses a home base within P1's world - one that met the luxury development's design standards while functioning as true working commercial space for shops, R&D, and service operations.
An Entrance That Sets the Tone
We designed the Commerce Park's entrance around a sleek combination of wood panels and racing stripe reveals, carrying the development's luxury standard through to the commercial buildings - a signal that this is still P1, even where the work happens.
